Creator Program Terms

These Brickify Creator Program Terms (the "Terms") are effective August 18, 2026. They update and supplement the posting rules already published on our creators page and in the Creator Studio. Questions about the Terms or the program can be sent to support@brickify.com.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By applying to the Creator Program, submitting a video, or otherwise participating in the program, you agree to these Terms. To participate, you must have a Brickify creator account in good standing, and you may hold only one creator account per person. Brickify may approve or decline any application to the program at its discretion.

2. Required Brand and App Integration

Every submitted video must contain a meaningful integration of Brickify. A meaningful integration:

• explicitly mentions or clearly identifies the Brickify app;
• clearly demonstrates, explains, or meaningfully features at least one relevant Brickify feature;
• makes the relationship between the content and Brickify reasonably apparent; and
• gives viewers enough information to understand what Brickify is and that they can download or use it.

A submission does not qualify merely because the Brickify name, logo, or interface appears somewhere in the video. Every submission is judged against one central test:

"If a viewer watched the video start to finish, would they understand Brickify is being promoted and know they can download or use the app?"

If the answer is no, the submission may be considered an insufficient integration.

3. Timing of the Integration

Introduce Brickify meaningfully within the first half of the video. An early logo or watermark does not count if the real demonstration happens later.

In practice, the primary Brickify demonstration, mention, or integration must occur within the first 50% of the video's runtime:

• in a 30-second video, by roughly the 15-second mark;
• in a 60-second video, by roughly the 30-second mark; and
• in a 2-minute video, by roughly the 1-minute mark.

The integration may continue after the halfway point, but the initial meaningful introduction must be in the first half. A brief logo, watermark, or caption early in the video does not satisfy this requirement if the actual demonstration occurs later.

4. Attribution Requirements

Every submission must carry three pieces of attribution:

• Caption tag. The caption or description of the post must include @brickifyapp.
• Identifying comment. You must leave a comment on your own post that clearly identifies the Brickify app (any natural phrasing counts).
• Public visibility. The video must be public and remain public through the tracking window described in Section 8.

Any comment in the spirit of these examples qualifies:

• Short.
  • "App: Brickify"
  • "App I used: Brickify"
  • "Scanned with Brickify"
  • "Values from Brickify"
• Casual.
  • "The app I used is Brickify btw"
  • "btw I scanned these with Brickify"
  • "minifig prices are from the Brickify app"
  • "i scanned my cards with brickify"
  • "tracking my collection with brickify"
• Clear CTA.
  • "You can scan your collection with Brickify"
  • "Check the value of your cards with Brickify"
  • "Try scanning your collectibles with Brickify"
  • "See how much your collection is worth with Brickify"
• Theme specific.
  • "these iced up zanes were priced up with brickify"
  • "scan your clone army with brickify"
  • "found out this random card in my binder was worth $100 with brickify"
  • "i got my cardboard's market value with brickify"

5. Unmeaningful Integrations

Screenshots, screen recordings, logos, app icons, text overlays, and other visual branding do not automatically qualify as meaningful integrations. A submission may be considered unmeaningful if Brickify is:

• shown only as a static screenshot without context;
• displayed briefly without demonstrating what the app does;
• included only as a logo, watermark, or text mention;
• placed in the background without relevance to the content;
• mentioned without any meaningful information;
• shown in a way that a reasonable viewer would not understand as promotion; or
• included solely to technically satisfy program requirements.

Submissions like these may be rejected, or may remain eligible at a reduced rate, as described in Sections 6 and 7.

6. Earning Rates

Earnings are calculated per 1,000 views, at a rate set per platform and format:

These are maximum available rates, not guaranteed rates. The actual rate for an individual submission may be reduced when the content does not meet the integration standards in these Terms. The rate will not go below $0.10 per 1,000 views for an eligible video, but some submissions may be ineligible entirely. Individual creators may have separately negotiated rates; where a negotiated rate differs from this section, the negotiated rate controls.

7. Rate Adjustments and Rejections

Brickify reserves the right to assign a reduced rate to poor, insufficient, or unmeaningful integrations. Examples include:

• an integration that is technically present but adds little value for the viewer;
• the app shown without demonstrating a feature;
• the brand mentioned but not explained;
• an integration that is primarily a screenshot;
• an integration that is difficult to notice;
• a meaningful integration placed too late in the video;
• too little information for viewers to understand or act on; or
• content added solely to meet minimum requirements.

Rejection applies when content fails the fundamental requirements: no meaningful mention of Brickify, no meaningful demonstration of the app, or Brickify is completely incidental to the video. A reduced rate applies when Brickify is meaningfully present but the integration falls below the standard for the maximum rate.

8. Program Mechanics

• Tracking window. Views are tracked for 14 days from submission, snapshotted about once a day.
• Per-video cap. Earnings are calculated per video, with a $400 cap per video. Caps can be raised case by case.
• Payouts. Approved earnings are paid via PayPal on the 1st of each month. Balances under $10 roll over to the next month.
• PayPal address. You are responsible for keeping a valid PayPal address on file.

9. Program Integrity and General Terms

• View verification. Brickify may verify view counts and may withhold or reverse earnings from fraudulent, botted, or artificially inflated views.
• Changes to the program. Brickify may update these Terms, rates, and program mechanics at any time with notice through the Creator Studio portal, and may suspend or end the program.
• No employment. Participation in the program is not employment, agency, or partnership.
• Taxes. You are responsible for your own taxes on program earnings.
• Disclosure rules. You must comply with each platform's disclosure rules for paid promotion and with any disclosure requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.
• Featuring your work. Brickify may feature or reshare submitted videos, with credit, to market the program.
• Liability. Brickify's total liability under the program is limited to unpaid approved earnings.
